Bringing the meaning of data to the shop floor

An in-store customised template that visualises real-time behaviour 

To help engage and motivate co-workers and strengthen internal PR, we developed a template for fashion brand All Saints that bought to life the data coming out of their retail website.

 

Working with analytics company Webtrends, we were able to show the data on a screen in All Saints HQ in London, to help staff to understand the meaning behind the data and customer behaviour.

Co-workers were able to see which devices customers were using to browse the site, where they were located, the top 10 products purchased, most popular sections of the site visited, and the pattern of their purchasing journey from browse to conversion.

 

Our work with Webtrends encompassed front end and back end technical development, creative design and project management services. The template for this data visualisation was then made transferrable across other Webtrend clients .

I highly valued the ability to use real time data in our custom-built ecommerce Live Dashboard that gives our employees an impressive insight in the activities of the webshops.
